Information we collect

MiamiGo collects information you provide directly, information generated when you use the service, and limited technical information needed to operate and secure the platform.

• Account information such as name, email address, authentication details, and account role.
• Business information such as venue name, address, contact details, photos, menus, offers, and other content submitted by venue owners.
• Consumer activity such as saved venues, offer claims, redemption history, preferences, and interactions with MiamiGo.
• Location information when you choose to allow location access or provide an area for nearby discovery.
• Technical information such as device, browser, IP address, timestamps, and diagnostic or security data.
• Billing and subscription information. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored directly by MiamiGo.

How we use information

• Provide, personalize, maintain, and improve MiamiGo.
• Create and manage consumer and business accounts.
• Show relevant venues, experiences, and offers and support saving, claiming, and redeeming offers.
• Process business subscriptions, maintain billing status, and provide customer support.
• Review venue and offer submissions, prevent abuse, investigate fraud, and protect platform security.
• Send transactional messages such as account, approval, billing, claim, and service communications.
• Understand product usage and improve performance, usability, and reliability.

Service providers and sharing

We may share information with service providers that help us operate MiamiGo, only as needed for the services they provide. These may include hosting, database and authentication, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, and security providers.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate misuse, or in connection with a business reorganization or transfer. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

Product analytics and session insights

MiamiGo uses Microsoft Clarity in its iOS app to understand app navigation, interaction patterns, usability issues, and technical performance. Clarity may process device and usage information and reconstruct interaction sessions. We use these insights to improve the product, not for advertising profiles.

We configure content masking and recording exclusions to limit collection of personal details, account information, messages, and payment-related screens. Payments

Business subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe may collect payment, identity, fraud-prevention, and billing information under its own privacy terms. MiamiGo receives information such as customer and subscription identifiers, payment status, plan, and renewal information needed to provide paid features.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet security, accounting, or regulatory obligations. Retention periods can vary by data type and purpose.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other controls over personal information. You can also change certain account preferences in MiamiGo. To make a privacy request, contact info@miamigo.deals. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Children

MiamiGo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

International use

MiamiGo is operated from Canada and focuses on experiences and businesses in Miami. Information may be processed in Canada, the United States, or other countries where our service providers operate, subject to applicable law and contractual protections.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as MiamiGo evolves. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the service or by email when appropriate. The effective date above shows when this version took effect.
